We were founded after our founders witnessed the damage done by unqualified “remediation” companies that left properties still contaminated while charging for a full clean. Homeowners were being failed at the most vulnerable moments of their lives. We set out to build a decontamination company that was genuinely certified, genuinely thorough, and genuinely trustworthy.

Yes. Kiwi Safeas is 100% New Zealand-owned and operated. We are based in Auckland and Hamilton, and all our work is carried out by our own certified team. We do not subcontract to third parties.

We hold SiteWise Gold and IMPAC Prequal 5-Star,  the certifications required for approved supplier panel membership with major New Zealand insurers. Our documentation is formatted to insurer requirements from day one, meaning faster claims processing and fewer back-and-forth documentation requests.

Yes. Every decontamination job is guaranteed to NZ standards. If a property fails independent clearance testing after our work, we return to re-treat at no additional cost.

Kiwi Safeas services all of New Zealand. Our 4 operational hubs across Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, and Christchurch, servicing all of New Zealands. We also provide meth decontamination in Wellington and Christchurch.
